Buying a Watch
- How do I purchase a watch from SRL Jewelers?
- We insist on making it easy to purchase a luxury watch in person or online. Customers can make an appointment to visit our retail store Tuesday–Saturday in Birmingham, Michigan (closed Sunday–Monday), or simply browse SRLBoutique.com to purchase one of the watches listed and have it shipped straight to you.
- What is your return policy?
- We offer a 7-day return policy for watches not as described. Outside of the 7-day return policy, we offer a buyback. See our Shipping & Returns page for the full refund policy.
- Do you accept offers?
- The best price that we offer is our wire/cash price, which is the price listed. We do not offer further discounts as we already provide the best pricing and product in the market.
- What is your policy for international orders?
- For international orders (outside of USA) we accept wire transfer as payment only. International shipping rates vary based on location. Delivery time is usually within 3–5 days once the wire clears. We do not calculate duty, as that is the responsibility of the buyer.
- What brands do you carry?
- We specialize in Rolex, Audemars Piguet, Patek Philippe, Richard Mille, and Vacheron Constantin. The majority of our in-stock inventory consists of Rolex, but we can source any watch from any brand in about 24–48 hours. Additional brands include Omega, Grand Seiko, Breitling, Panerai, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Tag Heuer, Cartier, Tudor, Zenith, IWC, Piaget, Blancpain, A. Lange & Söhne, Ulysse Nardin, Hublot, Bulgari, and Parmigiani.
- How does sourcing a watch work?
- We can source just about any watch within 24–48 hours. Provide the brand, model, dial preference, and timeframe. We’ll quote within 24 hours. Once the deposit is placed, we order the watch and ship or make it available for pickup when it arrives.
- Is your site secure?
- SRL Jewelers is protected by 256-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer), ensuring all information is completely secure. We never sell or distribute your data.
The Watches
- Are all your watches authentic?
- We guarantee every watch is 100% authentic unless otherwise noted. Watches that may have been serviced are done so with authentic Rolex parts. We stand behind this authenticity guarantee and offer a full refund if not as described.
- Are your Rolex watches serviced?
- All Rolex watches listed are tested by an authorized Rolex Service Provider. Any watch not operating within specification is serviced using genuine parts and verified for accuracy and water resistance.
- What is your warranty?
- Watches with “papers” or warranty cards carry the manufacturer’s warranty. For example, a Rolex dated June 2020 will have a warranty valid through June 2025. The warranty follows the watch, not the owner.
- What is the size of the bracelet?
- Men’s watches fit 7.25”–7.5” wrists; ladies’ fit 6.25”–6.5”. If extra links are needed, contact us after purchase. We can size your watch prior to shipping upon request.
- Can you customize my watch?
- We offer diamond bezels, meteorite dials, Tiffany blue dials, Arabic dials, custom straps, and more. Contact the store at 248-320-0202 for requests.
- Do your watches come with box and papers?
- If a watch includes its box or papers, they will be shown in the product images. Watches without papers are discounted accordingly.
- Are your photographs of the actual watch?
- Yes — all photos are of the exact watch, without edits or enhancements to hide blemishes.
Payment Options
- What are my payment options?
- We accept wire transfer, cash, all major credit/debit cards, Affirm (payment plan), and crypto. Fees may apply depending on payment method. Online headless checkout currently submits orders for wire-transfer concierge review; other methods may be arranged with our Jewelry Experts.
- Do you offer payment plans?
- We offer payment plans through Affirm. Prices listed are for wire transfer and are discounted compared to financing options.
- How do I know you received my payment?
- We will email confirmation once funds are received. Orders are prepared for shipment after verification and processing.
- Do you accept cryptocurrency?
- Yes, we accept BTC, ETH, USDT, and DOGE with a 2% processing fee when arranged with our Jewelry Experts.
Shipping
- How much is shipping?
- FedEx Express Standard Overnight shipping is offered for all orders and is fully insured. Rates vary by order value. Orders above $150,000 are quoted individually. Eligible fine jewelry orders may include complimentary secure shipping.
- How long will it take to receive my order?
- Orders paid by wire are shipped once funds clear. Credit card orders may take 24–48 hours for fraud verification before shipping. You will receive tracking via email.
- Where do you send my order?
- Orders are shipped to the FedEx location nearest you for pickup with ID. This ensures the package remains fully insured and secure.
